Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), is an effective, scientifically researched method for reducing physical and psychological suffering while building resilience, balance and peace of mind.
Overview
MBSR is based on ancient contemplative practices integrated with western medical approaches by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979.
The 8-Week MBSR course is an experiential, evidence-based program designed to provide participants with intensive and systematic training in mindfulness meditation and movement practices, and integrating one's daily life what is discovered and learned through the process of participating in the program.
When: Tuesdays, 6:00-8:30pm
Daylong Session: October 25, 2025
Length: 8-Weeks + Orientation (2.5 hours per week, 1 all day session)
