Our Mission
Flatwater Collective is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Omaha, Nebraska.
Our mission is to support mental health and well-being by making mindfulness, meditation, and self-care practices more accessible through inclusive education, supportive resources, and community connection.

We are committed to thoughtful, trauma-sensitive, and skillful teaching rooted in mindfulness, meditation, and self-care practices.
Accessibility
We work to reduce barriers to practice, especially for historically marginalized communities, financially disadvantaged individuals, and those who may not otherwise have access to these resources.

We cultivate spaces where people feel welcomed, respected, and connected to themselves and one another.

We honor the connection between body, mind, and spirit, and support practices that nurture the whole person.
