The final week focuses on cultivating balance and spaciousness amidst life’s inevitable ups and downs. Equanimity allows us to remain present and open-hearted, with wisdom and ease.

While designed as talks, participants are encouraged to participate in the form of questions and conversation so we can express ourselves, learn from each other and apply what we learn to our practice and daily lives.
All are welcome, those just beginning to learn about Buddhist practices, those from other Buddhist lineages, those just curious, and those with a long and mature practice.
