Sessions are available in 45-, 60-, or 90-minute formats and are tailored to your group’s goals and focus areas, such as stress reduction, resilience, presence, or emotional regulation. Our online meditation offerings create flexible ways to practice with Flatwater Collective throughout the year. Led by a variety of Flatwater teachers, these sessions are offered on different days and times, with most series running for 4–8 weeks. Whether you are looking to begin a meditation practice or reconnect with one, these online gatherings offer a supportive way to cultivate presence in the midst of daily life.
Each January, we also welcome our community into Commit to Sit our annual online practice that encourages a steady, compassionate start to the year in community.
Whether you’re new to meditation, returning after time away, or have an established practice, you’re welcome.

We offer retreats throughout the year as an invitation to step out of routine and into a more spacious way of being. Our offerings include full-day and half-day retreats, yearly weekend retreats, and online experiences, held both at Flatwater Collective and in nature.
Our signature retreats are daylong in nature, held on April 25th and November 7th at Platte River State Park. These retreats invite participants to slow down, quiet the inner noise, and be supported in turning inward while grounded in the natural world.
