Monday Meditation is a simple, supportive weekly space to practice together, without pressure, performance, or expectation.
During an 8-week shared practice, we’ll gather online each week for a brief check-in, followed by a blend of guided and silent meditation. The structure is intentionally consistent, allowing you to settle into a rhythm over the eight weeks and let the practice deepen naturally.
There’s no requirement to attend every session. If you miss a week, you’re welcome back the next. This offering is here to support real lives, real schedules, and real humans.
Whether you’re new to meditation, returning after time away, or have an established practice, you’re welcome.

We offer retreats throughout the year as an invitation to step out of routine and into a more spacious way of being. Our offerings include full-day and half-day retreats, yearly weekend retreats, and online experiences, held both at Flatwater Collective and in nature.
Our signature retreats are daylong in nature, held twice a year at Platte River State Park. These retreats invite participants to slow down, quiet the inner noise, and be supported in turning inward while grounded in the natural world.
To stay up to date on upcoming retreats and all our offerings, sign up for our newsletter and check our calendar regularly.
