    A 4-week course for all experience levels (beginner through advanced) are welcome in this foundational course designed to nurture curiosity around mindfulness and nourish participants’ capacity for well-being. In this course, you can expect to build a conceptual understanding of mindfulness, practice cultivating presence, and enhance self-care (well-being) practices. Topics typically include intention setting, concepts and benefits of mindfulness, working with anchors, and self-care strategies. Each class is 60 minutes and is offered in-person & online.

    This 4-week course is designed to elevate your practice by building on Flatwater Collective's Introduction to Mindfulness course. Participants will explore common myths surrounding meditation, find supportive postures for practice, and investigate how to slow down the mental and physical bodies to cultivate self-awareness and well-being. Whether you are just starting out, starting again, or have a consistent practice, all experience levels are welcome. Each class is 75 minutes and is offered in-person & online.

    Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week evidence-based course that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain. MBSR uses a combination of mindfulness, meditation, body awareness, gentle yoga, and exploration of patterns of behavior, thinking, feeling, and action. Each class is 2.5 hours and is held in-person & online.
