In the heart of winter, we’re invited to slow down and take shelter — not by going somewhere new, but by resting in the familiarity of home. This half-day online retreat offers a gentle pause, allowing stillness to arise right where you are.
Led by Susie Hiley and Anne Savery, this retreat invites you to settle into simple, grounding practices without the effort of travel or preparation. Rather than adding more, we’ll explore the ease that comes from staying close to what is already enough — discovering comfort through quiet presence, simplicity, and care.
Through guided meditation, gentle movement, and time for reflection and rest, we’ll practice meeting the moment as it is, allowing the home environment itself to become part of the retreat. No prior meditation or retreat experience is needed. You are welcome to participate on or off camera, in whatever way feels most supportive.
This offering is designed to be uncomplicated, accessible, and nourishing — a chance to take shelter in stillness and reconnect with what’s essential, from the comfort of home.
