March 30 — Emergence
A Daylong Retreat | Comfort through Renewal
As winter begins to loosen its hold, this daylong retreat invites a gentle turning toward what is emerging — within ourselves and in the world around us. Rather than pushing forward or starting over, Emergence offers space to listen, sense, and allow renewal to unfold in its own time.
Led by Anne Savery, with support from Susie Hiley, this in-person retreat at Flatwater will weave together meditation, gentle movement, periods of stillness, and reflection. The day is held with care, offering both structure and spaciousness, and honoring the natural rhythm between rest and renewed energy.
This retreat invites you to meet the changing season with curiosity and kindness — noticing what feels ready to open, and what may still need patience. No prior meditation or retreat experience is required; all practices are accessible and offered with options.
A vegetarian lunch, along with tea and light snacks, will be provided to support nourishment and ease throughout the day.
Emergence is an invitation to step into spring renewed, not rushed — grounded, present, and supported by community.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Guided meditation and periods of quiet stillness
