Join us for The Sunday Practice, a welcoming space to explore mindfulness, connect with others, and deepen your practice. Each week features a different speaker offering insights on mindfulness and meditation, along with a guided practice or silent practice.
This Sunday will be a yoga nidra practice. Yoga nidra, sometimes referred to as light sleep, is a relaxing guided meditation that is practiced lying down. This evidence-based practice can be deeply healing on the physical and subtle body.
After a short period of gentle movement, we will transition to a comfortable lying down position. Many props available or you are welcome to bring your favorite mat or blanket.
