The Art of Becoming

The Art of Becoming is a gentle aerial yoga, breathwork, and sound healing journey that invites you to rest in the cocoon of metamorphosis—allowing transformation to unfold naturally as you are held, supported, and bathed in sound.

Teacher:  Tracy Astorino

What to Expect

The Art of Becoming is a slow, gentle, and deeply supportive experience. This is not a fitness-focused aerial yoga class. Instead, you’ll be guided into restful, cocoon-like shapes using the aerial hammock for support, allowing your body to soften and your nervous system to settle.

The session will weave together:

  • Gentle aerial yoga postures (with the fabric fully supporting you)

  • Guided breathwork

  • Sound healing to help deepen relaxation and integration

You’ll be invited to move at your own pace, with options throughout. There is no expectation to “perform” or push your body—listening to your own needs is part of the practice.

SOLD OUT! Check out February’s offering.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that covers the backs of your knees and underarms (longer leggings and a t-shirt or long-sleeve top are ideal). Please avoid zippers or sharp jewelry.

What to bring:Just yourself. All props and hammocks are provided.

This offering is designed to help you rest, be held, and allow whatever is ready to unfold—without force or striving.
