Sanatha Suwaya is pleased to offer you an experience with Bhante Sujatha in Sri Lanka in the spring of 2024. This is an opportunity to refresh yourself, deepen your practice, and breathe in the scenery and splendor of Sri Lanka during this 10-day meditation, wellness, and community service-based retreat. This retreat is designed for those seeking dedicated time for community service, relaxation, insight practice, rejuvenation, exploration, and fun. Keeping you nourished with healthy foods that the bountiful environment has tooffer, this moderately paced retreat is intended to engageyou both mentally and physically by giving you objectives both on and off the cushion. Daily meditation, yoga, day trips, and excursions are all available to you as you share the opportunity with new friends to gain insight and work directly with teachers.
