Restorative Yoga with Carolyn Benecke— Katie Stratman filling in for Carolyn in January
Friend of Flatwater, Carolyn Benecke, a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Pilates Instructor, and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), will guide you through deep breathing and relaxation for a lovely session of intentional rest. Restorative yoga offers a peaceful sanctuary for both body and mind. All poses are fully supported with props to ensure maximum relaxation and comfort. Props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
