An 8-Week Shared Practice
Many of us long for a steady meditation practice—and also know how hard it can be to sustain on our own. Monday Meditation is a simple, supportive weekly space to practice together, without pressure, performance, or expectation.
This group is about showing up as you are. Each week we’ll gather online for a brief check-in, followed by a blend of guided and silent meditation. The structure is intentionally consistent, allowing you to settle into a rhythm over the eight weeks and let the practice deepen naturally.
There’s no requirement to attend every session. If you miss a week, you’re welcome back the next. This offering is here to support real lives, real schedules, and real humans.
Whether you’re new to meditation, returning after time away, or have an established practice, you’re welcome. No particular spiritual or religious background is required. Drop-ins welcome.
