This 4-week course is designed to elevate your practice by building on Flatwater Collective's Introduction to Mindfulness course. Participants will explore common myths surrounding meditation, find supportive postures for practice, and investigate how to slow down the mental and physical bodies to cultivate self-awareness and well-being. Whether you are just starting out, starting again, or have a consistent practice, all experience levels are welcome. Each class is 75 minutes and will be offered in-person.
This class will build and strengthen your practice.
