This talk explores how the five spiritual faculties—faith, energy, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom—can serve as trusted companions to help us stay grounded, open, and resilient in everyday life.
While designed as talks, participants are encouraged to participate in the form of questions and conversation so we can express ourselves, learn from each other and apply what we learn to our practice and daily lives.
All are welcome, those just beginning to learn about Buddhist practices, those from other Buddhist lineages, those just curious, and those with a long and mature practice.
