Turning Inward: A Daylong Retreat at Platte River State Park

As the seasons shift and fall draws us inward, join us for a restorative day of meditation, reflection, and connection surrounded by nature.

Through guided meditation and gentle inquiry, we will explore what it means to turn inward—deepening our relationship with the self and discovering the quiet wisdom within. The day will also include:

✨ Stillness & quietude

✨ A restorative sound bath
✨ Gentle movement & meditation
✨ A guided or solo hike amidst the beauty of PRSP
✨ A vegetarian lunch
✨ Time to unplug from technology and reconnect with yourself

Just a 30-45 minute drive from the Omaha (or Lincoln!) metro, this retreat is led by Anne Savery and movement & sound with Tracy Astorino.
