Join Flatwater Collective every weekday in October for Commit to Sit, a free online meditation series designed to support a consistent practice rooted in self-compassion.

Where: Online. The link will be provided after registration.
Each morning will include a combination of guided and silent meditation, with practices focused on cultivating compassion, kindness, and a more supportive relationship with ourselves. Guest teachers will join us throughout the month, bringing fresh perspectives and inspiration to the practice.
All levels of experience are welcome. Join us for one morning, five mornings, or all twenty-two weekdays. Come as often as your schedule allows.
Commit to Sit is freely offered and open to all.
